L3 Tourism Trip
Level Three Tourism Students had a great day in the last week of Term 1 visiting different tourist attractions and activities.
First was a tour around Te Puia Thermal Village where students got to see geysers, mudpools and a kiwi sanctuary. Students also learnt about the one and only Wananga in Aotearoa that has courses majoring in weaving, bone and stone carving and wood carving. Next stop was the luge. Students had good fun and were able to experience the the different tourist activities on offer in Rotorua. Thank you to Ms Main, Ms Walker, Ms Wood, and Ms Burgess-Munro for organising this trip.
