On 6 March, Pasifika students at Girls' High met together for their first assembly of the year.

It was led by our amazing Pasifika prefects, Uaniva Tautalanoa and 'Anakiu Tenefufu Jr Manase.

This was a fantastic opportunity to introduce and acknowledge the student leaders who will be fronting many of the extracurricular activities, and the students involved in organising academic support for the year.
We were also joined by Ms Burgess-Munro, who shared plenty of information about the Careers department and the support services they have on offer.
We are looking forward to an awesome year with our Pasifika students and welcome all those, whether you are Pasifika or not, to come along and get involved in the events that we have lined up for the year.
