On Tuesday 24th May, Hamilton Girls' High School sent a group of runners to represent the school at the Central Zone cross country, held in Hamilton, and had some great results!
We had eight runners represent the school on Tuesday, competing in three different age groups - Year 9 (U15), Junior (U16) and Senior (U20). The girls secured some awesome results for the school!
Year 9, 3km run.
Sarah-Kate Nicholas, competing against 28 girls, came in 5th place.
The Junior Girls 3km run had 23 runners in the field.
Nisha Moorfield - 4th Place
Molly Peate - 5th Place
Carenza Elley - 6th Place
Kate Hayward - 12th Place
Sienna Devenie - 20th Place
The Senior Girls 4km run had 16 in the field.
