This week has involved rūma Kererū building whakawhanaungatanga (the process of establishing relationships and relating well to others).
We have done a range of different activities to find out and get to know one another. Today was an activity called ‘Same Here’ where we had a ball of wool and the person starting with the ball would say something about them self and hold the end of wool then throw it to someone who said “same here” and so on. We soon realised that we all had a lot in common!
