Last week we welcomed Willow into Pīwakawaka. Willow has a big brother- Xav and a big sister- Leah already at school so she has confidently come into school and fitted into the classroom like a pro.
For maths we are learning about measurement and have been doing some ordering activities. This week we move on to telling time with our very own penguin clocks we made with Andrea and also look at how we use a ruler to measure objects.

A reminder that reading folders need to be coming to school every day. Even if we have nothing in it, it is still good practice to bring it to and from school so that this becomes habit.

3 more weeks until the holidays- I can see some tired children and some winter bugs hanging around so this will be nice for everyone to hopefully fill their tanks and come back for term 3 happy and healthy and ready for more fun-filled days of learning!
