This week we have been learning about Plate Tectonics.

We started by talking about the layers of the earth and drew some amazing 3D cross sections.

Then we labelled the layers. We looked at the ways tectonic plates move and created diagrams showing Convergent, Divergent and Transform movements.

We enjoyed watching an Ice Age clip about Continental Drift. It was very funny but also had some great learning.
