Hillcrest High School will enrol students in accordance with legislative requirements. All students who live permanently within the school zone are guaranteed a place, but are still required to complete the full enrolment process. For students living outside the school zone, places will be offered through a ballot process, which is conducted by an external authority. No more students will be excluded from enrolment than is necessary to prevent overcrowding or the risk of overcrowding.

Enrolments for 2026 are now open and can be completed online.

To begin the process, please visit our website: www.hillcrest-high.school.nz and click on the Enrolment section.
From there, select 2026 Online Enrolment to access our enrolment portal.

Follow these steps:

• Click on Enrolment within the portal and complete the required information.

• You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions (please check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox).

• A list of supporting documents will be provided — download, complete (if required), and scan these documents to attach to your online application.

• Once all documents are ready, you can submit your application.
