Asbestos Solutions Limited who are a licensed Asbestos Removalist Company (WorkSafe Licenses Class A - RA16070068 and Class B - RB16100185) will be undertaking encapsulation work of some Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) from Hillcrest High School.

To Whom It May Concern,

This work will be conducted between the hours of 7.30am to 4.00PM. The work is scheduled for 22 days and will be commencing the week of 16 December 2024. There may not be people on site over the Christmas public holidays but at all times, please stay away from the school.

Hillcrest High School management and Ministry of Education have been consulted about the nature and timing of this work, together with the safety measures to be used.

The following safety measures will be put in place and maintained for the duration of this project:

• Signs and barriers will be installed

• Independent Air Monitoring will take place during and after the work is completed.
