Matariki at Hillcrest High School

Led by Manukura, Christopher Harrison and Māori student council members, Matariki was a week of celebrating and reflection. Activities throughout the week included;Matariki videos/presentations, a wishing tree, kahoots, Māori games, Māori kai including both frybread and rewana!

We finished the week strong with a wonderful performance by the Hillcrest High School Kapa Haka group in the staffroom.
