Sisters perform on World Stage
In early August this year, current year 12 student Claire Maree Norton and Hillcrest alumni Rosalie Norton will be performing on an international stage!
Being asked and invited to sing at the Chengdu International Sister Cities Youth Music Festival 2023, the two are beyond excited to be representing themselves, Kirikiriroa and NZ in China.
The Chengdu International Sister Cities Youth Music Festival has been an annual international and cultural activity since 2008. The event aims at enhancing exchanges and offering a wonderful platform for young artists and musicians from home and abroad to show their artistic talents.
Rosalie and Claire Maree will be performing original music written and composed by Rosalie and wearing handmade dresses sewn by Claire Maree.
