Year 7 & 8 Team

The PCT (Police Competence Test) is an event run each year with teams of intermediate age students participating in a variety of mental and physical challenges.

Each year branches throughout New Zealand run local competitions to select their representatives to attend the National finals. This year one of our Hillmorton high school teams managed to be selected.

Two of our teams attended the Canterbury competition earlier this year and one of them managed to finish first with a time of 2 minutes and 3 seconds. They were awarded the championship trophy and will now attend the national finals in Auckland over the upcoming show weekend. They are excited for the trip and aiming to bring back the national trophy.
