Fire Tigers place 2nd in Bandquest

Band made up of year 7 students Casey Baynes, Atlantis Woo, Gabbie Sharr, Ava Palmer and Sofia Kyle. This versatile team had the crowd rocking, playing the Cranberries "Zombie" and Olivia Rodrigo's "Good For You" to come 2nd overall. They won the school an amazing $200 voucher to spend on instruments at the Rock Shop. Karawhiua koutou, ako in action!

Fundraising for Ngā Toi - Performing Arts

Senior Arts students and the Arts Council have been busy selling tickets to our amazing raffle. We are fundraising to get a brand new classroom set of music keyboards. You can buy tickets by emailing Mrs Harrison, Arts Coordinator on harrisong@hillmorton.school.nz There are $4,000 worth of prizes up for grabs!

We will be drawing the raffle at the Quiz Night on Sunday 18 September 6:30pm at Craythornes, Halswell. There are limited tables available to purchase by emailing harrisong@hillmorton.school.nz $60 per table, max 6 people to a table.

Our sponsors have been so very generous and there are some huge prizes in both the Raffle and Quiz.  Ngā mihi to A Head Start tutoring for giving $1,000 which purchased two keyboards; special mention to Ethique; Tekapo Star Gazing; Sunnyview Holiday Home; Dyrberg/Kern; Hell Pizza Wigram; Annelise Veronese Norwex Consultant; JGB Hair Design; and My Food Bag for prizes over $200 and there are many more businesses who gifted wonderful prizes as well, we are so grateful for their support.
