The Prime Minister's Vocational Excellence Award is awarded to Gateway student Hannah Croal

The barriers in 2020 due to Covid-19 have been numerous. Work placements were cancelled, courses disrupted, and online modules were created to compensate cancelled courses. Gateway students took this in their stride and still managed a successful year of placements and training courses to assist their career goals. The PMVEA Award of $2000 was awarded to Gateway student Hannah Croal for her efforts towards a career in baking. Hannah is enrolled at ARA for the Level 4 Certificate in Baking for 2021 and we wish her all the best. 

Students wanting to participate in Gateway 2021 should visit Mrs Stanley in the Careers Centre early in 2021.
