On Monday 26 June, a group of our students had their very own FIFA World Cup experience

An early start to the day for five of our 1st XI girls squad who attended a World Cup breakfast, with Presenters Ged Robinson & Todd Astle, MC Lesley Murdoch ONZM MBE and Guest Speakers Gemma McCaw and our very own Melissa Ruscoe MNZM.

Returning to school after their World Cup breakfast experience, our 1st XI girls joined a group of our other student footballers for photo opportunities and a skills and drills session run by Mainland Football, Ambassador Maia Jackman (Ex Football Fern) and legend Kristine Lilly (Ex USA Women's team). The impressive FIFA World Cup Trophy also made an appearance.
