Y10FDN Mahi on 'Food for Adolescent Sport' Supports Hauora at Horomaka

With recent relaxing of Covid separation between our middle school year groups at Horomaka, this Semester's Y10 Food and Nutrition akonga have had the opportunity to be the kaiako to small groups of Year 7 akonga around the health promoting topic of 'adequate and nourishing food for young people playing sport'.
Mahi nui Year 10 Food and Nutrition, you were awesome leaders for some of our youngest akonga, ambassadors for health and wellbeing at Horomaka and modeled our school values at all times. Kai pai also to the Year 7 groups for being such a great audience and sharing what you learnt after each slideshow presentation.
