Conference Interviews are being held on:

Thursday, 4 August from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm *

Tuesday, 9 August  from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm

* NOTE: No timetabled lessons on Thursday 4th August, students only come in for their pre-booked conference interview.  Students will have access to learning materials at home for this day.

Are You Now Isolating due to Covid-19?

For any families who now find themselves isolating due to Covid-19, but still wish to make their meeting times, please email:  admin@hillmorton.school.nz and we will send you the relevant links to meet with the teachers.

Can't Find Your Teachers?

It has come to our attention that a number of parents have been unable to find their teachers to arrange meetings.  Please click here to see a list of teachers who will be available for meetings, what subject you will find them under and which classroom they will be in.

Still Need to Arrange Your Meetings?

If you still need to arrange your meetings you need to do the following:

Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz

A school code is required, which is:

Year 7 and 8       8vgxf
Year 9 – 13         j4e8y

Enter the code in the box as shown, it is case sensitive.

Once you have completed the process an email will be sent confirming your chosen times. These interview times can be changed again if needed by returning to the web page.
