Artisan Bread Making for Beginners

Hillmorton —

This workshop provides the rare opportunity to discover the art of making your own bread in the comfort of your home. The training session is 8 hours over two days and is taught by a French baker.

The session begins with the tutor demonstrating her expertise. Participants can see bread being created in the hands of an Artisan Baker. Then you will reproduce, step by step, all the stages involved in making the recipes. The tutor is on hand to provide support throughout the lesson. You will therefore be able to fully concentrate on the whole bread baking process and discover recipes that introduce a whole range of different bread varieties – white bread; baguette; focaccia; ciabatta; French traditional bread; Fougasse.

The Artisan Bread Making workshop is suitable for all skill levels - bread-making amateurs and those who want to learn more about the fundamentals of making bread and the secrets of top bakers. You will leave the workshop with true expertise, your bread and all the recipes covered during the two days.
