The Horomaka First XI Football team is back up and running the Christchurch Premier Secondary Schools' Football competition.

After a brief hiatus the boys had their first game in the Connetics Premier Competition.  After a strong showing in a South West Secondary Preseason Tournament, we played Christchurch Boys High First XI in our first Premier game.  Hillmorton had to defend for sustained periods in the game and went into the halftime break at 0 - 0. After conceding a well crafted goal to Boys' High we created 3 good chances that we could not convert and we went down 1 - 0. 

Thanks to all the supporters who came out to watch. We are very proud of the effort and the way the lads played.
