Students have been catering for functions this term.

Year 12 students have grown in confidence and skills as they learnt the finer points of waiting at table, beverage making, and production and presentation of a variety of dishes. They hosted two Year 7 classes of 30 for a Mid-Winter Beach Party drinks party and cooked for and served 54 staff at two recent Staff Breakfasts. Coming up is their final assessment occasion which will be at the Old Vicarage in Halswell to which family, friends and staff are warmly invited.
