Cushla has been making cheese for a number of years and loves to introduce people to the art of making cheese at home. Come along to this 3 hour demonstration class and you will have the opportunity to taste the cheeses as well as learn how to make them, with the recipes to take home. This is a fun class starting you on the path of making your own cheeses - camembert, feta, riccota, mascarpone and neuf chattel.
