Luke Street - 1st overall in Grade 2 Speedskating

At the beginning of June, Luke Street participated in the National Development Camp for short track ice speed skating.  The camp culminated in the Canterbury Ability Championships.

Luke won 1st overall in Grade 2, 1st in the 1000m, 1st in the 1500m, and 4th in the 500m (when another skater crashed in front of him, he had to pull up).

Luke has gone on to compete in the Dunedin Age Group Championships, and has the South Island championships coming up in July.
