Cultural Dishes Made by Y10FDN - Enjoyed by many Kaiako
The three second semester Y10FDN classes have recently made individual cultural dishes for a kaiako of their choice to finish their research on a Culture / Country / Cuisine.
First came research, then a class presentation and finally the opportunity to cook a cultural dish for a kaiako. Year 10 Food and Nutrition akonga made dishes from countries like Samoa, Italy, China, Japan, Netherlands, Korea, Spain, Philippines and America. Akonga put in the mahi in order to make some beautiful food and should be super proud of their efforts.
Y9 Burger Chef Semester 2 2021
Once again our three Year 9 Food and Nutrition classes have been researching and developing homemade burgers that are both nutritious and cheap in comparison to takeaway burgers.
