A reminder to arrange your Parent / Student / Teacher Conference Interviews

Thursday, 4th August   9.00 am - 3.30 pm

Tuesday, 9th August     3.30 pm - 7.30 pm

NOTE: No timetabled lessons on Thursday 4th August, students only come in for their pre-booked conference interview.  Students will have access to learning materials at home for this day.

We strongly encourage you to attend the Conference Interviews with your child's subject teachers to discuss the recent Middle of Year Report that has been uploaded to the portal. This report includes written comments  from all of your child's teachers.  We also encourage you to bring along your child. They can then be involved in the conversations. Below are the instructions on how to book appointments.

To arrange meetings you need to do the following:

Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz

A school code is required, which is:

Year 7 and 8       8vgxf

Year 9 – 13         j4e8y

Enter the code in the box as shown, it is case sensitive.

Once you have completed the process an email will be sent confirming your chosen times. These interview times can be changed again if needed by returning to the web page.

Bookings open Monday, 11 July 2022.

All Conference Interviews will be held in Aonga Ake.  Conference Interviews will take place in person, however, if you are affected by Covid-19 and cannot make your appointment we can arrange for the meeting to take place online.  Information will be sent nearer the time.
