With the last day for our senior students fast approaching, here is some key information for both students and parents.

Key Dates for Seniors

• Last day for Seniors - Wednesday 11 November

• Merits Assembly - for Years 11-13 will take place on Wednesday 11 Nov at 11:05 am and take place during P3 and 4

• Prize Giving Rehearsal - straight after Merit Assembly (all prize winners and Year 13 students)

• Prize Giving -  Wednesday 11 November (7 pm start)

• Last day for students to come back for internals - Friday 20 November. Students can come back into school to work with their teachers if needed up until 20 November. November 19 is a Teacher Only Day so no students to be on site during that day

Arrangements for Seniors Final Day (11 November)

• P1 and P2 - Lessons as normal

• P3 and P4 - Merits Assembly for Year 11-13

• All seniors not involved in Prize Giving will leave after Merit Assembly at about 1pm

• Year 13 and all prize winners will remain for their Prize Giving rehearsal

• There will be no timetabled lessons after P2 on Wednesday 11 November for senior students

Seniors returning during study leave

• Senior students can continue to come to school to work with their teachers if needed until the end of week 6 (Friday 20 November). 

• No students on site during Thursday 19 November - Teacher Only Day

Senior Students Sign Out Day

• This will take place on Wednesday 9 December for all of those students leaving Hillmorton High School
