H12/13 have been learning about the season Summer. We have been talking about the things we do, wear or eat during Summer.

This led to an opportunity to explore summer fruits. We had a hands-on experience where we observed and explored Watermelon using our ‘science eyes’. We learnt to describe the watermelon using words like skin, flesh, pith. We then sketched our watermelon and ate it!
