On the last Thursday of Term 1 we were very fortunate to have a specialist Rip Rugby training session with Jacob Corbett from Harbour Rugby.

Jacob went over the key rules of the game and some technical skills the Year 7 and 8 teams need to know, like how to set up line-outs and uncontested scrums. With the Year 4 and Year 5/6 teams, Jacob got a game going and added in coaching points as the game was being played.

Thank you Jacob for a great training session. We are really looking forward to the North Harbour Schools Tournament days in Terms 2 and 3.
