Congratulations to our Book Battle teams who competed last Friday, many for the first time.

These 16 students have worked hard all year to read the required books. Meeting each week to discuss the books and to answer practice questions. The competition involves the students working in teams of 4. The Year 5 & 6 teams answer 70 questions, and the Year 7 & 8’s answer 100 questions.

This year's competition saw the largest number of schools compete yet.  Although our students didn’t place, the competition was close with only a few marks between each team.
