Whanau & Friends are in need of assistance from the school community for contacts for the following for the Beats by Bingo night on 30 August:

Lighting: donation, a contact or loan of some lighting for the auditorium to create a wonderful cozy ambience.

Prizes: contacts, sponsors, spot prizes, vouchers, services or products gratefully received.  Looking specifically for power tools, gardening tools, car servicing, BBQ equipment, camping equipment etc)

Food: (platters and pizza by the slice), will be available soon to pre-order on Kindo and some will also be available the night.  BYO wine and beer, with a corkage/glass fee of $5 per person.  We will provide the glasses.  Orange juice and water will also be on sale at the event.

Spot prizes, best dressed, games and silent auctions.  Come along and be ready to have some fun and support the school at the same time.  Please do bring some cash if possible.

This is an important fundraiser. Please support the school by rounding up your friends and family, and secure your tickets for this event on Kindo.
