Leading into the end of the year we want to have an event that connects the school with the community.

Hobsonville School will be running 1000km (2,500 bike track laps) for the West Auckland charity called ‘Back2School Project’.

Back2School Project bridges the gap between students and schools by providing stationery and backpacks for children in need peace by piece.

“Peace by piece” means providing a sense of peace to the families one piece of stationery at a time. Together, little by little, our community can make a difference. Hobsonville School has the opportunity to support the Back2School Project one piece of stationery at a time through our Run Day.

To help support this movement we are asking for students to bring in stationery to help support the charity by Monday 12 December, and for those who want to support further, there is a link to donate on https://back2schoolproject.nz.
