Welcome Back to Term 3

Y3/4 Teachers —

Dear Parents and Caregivers

As we welcome the students back to Term 3, we hope that they have spent time recovering and repairing their minds and bodies, and have had the opportunity to engage in their surroundings to create lifelong memories.

We are looking forward to the learning opportunities that we have planned for Term 3.

Just a reminder: The school day begins at 8:50am and we encourage students to arrive at school between 8:30am and 8:45am, as this allows them the opportunity to organise their learning resources for the day. It is also a valuable time to interact with their peers.

Whāia te iti kahurangi ki te tūohu koe me he maunga teitei.

Seek the treasure you value most dearly: if you bow your head, let it be to a lofty mountain.

This whakatauki is about aiming high, or for what is truly valuable, but it's real message is to be persistent and don't let obstacles stop you from reaching your goal.

TO BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE.
