The final term for 2023 is here and we all look forward to completing this year on a high! We have a VERY busy ten weeks ahead.

As you will have seen at the end of last term, the Year 7/8 team welcomes Mr Dewald Immink for Term 4, and he is looking forward to working with the 24 Year 7 students that we have selected to join him in H24. Dewald Immink is a South African trained teacher with 20 years teaching experience in New Zealand. He recently completed his post graduate diploma at UNITEC in Applied practice using digital collaboration as a learning tool. He has experience in primary and intermediate schools and his strengths are ICT, literacy, PE and sports. In his free time he enjoys aerial photography.

Please also note that information about the Year 8 Graduation has been sent out to parents of Year 7/8 students over the term break, and the date for the celebration is included in the Important Dates section of this newsletter.
