As a leading provider of urgent care services in North Shore, we are thrilled to share that we are opening a new clinic at 50 Greville Road, Albany which will be open 8am-8pm seven days a week from Thursday 22 August.

The Greville Road location offers ample patient parking, safe entry and exit to the site, plus excellent motorway access for patients coming from the Hibiscus Coast or West Auckland – only 15 minutes from Silverdale, and 10 minutes from Hobsonville Point. 

As part of this move our clinic at Northcross will be closing on Sunday 18 August after proudly serving the North Shore and Rodney communities for 27 years.

Our Smales Fam clinic will continue to operate 24/7 during this transition period.

• Two Convenient Locations: Our clinics at Smales Farm and Greville Road ensure easy access to high-quality care.

• Free Visits for Children Under 14: Shorecare offers free and convenient ACC consults at all times, and after hours medical consultations, for children under 14.

• On-site X-ray and Ultrasound: We offer on-site X-ray and ultrasound services to facilitate quick and accurate diagnoses of injuries, enabling timely treatment and efficient recovery for active students.

• Skilled Staff: Our dedicated healthcare professionals are committed to exceptional care, supporting your student’s health and recovery.

• Extended Hours: Accidents and illness can happen anytime, both during school activities and outside of school hours. Our Smales Farm clinic operates round the clock, ensuring care is available day or night, while our Greville Road clinic also provides extended hours care until 8pm.

• Fracture Clinics: Our expert team of orthopaedic specialists delivers specialised fracture care for a speedy recovery. We provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment tailored to your student’s needs.

 Important dates for you to know:

• Sunday 18 August – Final operating date of Shorecare Northcross, closing at 6pm.

• Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 August – Northcross is closed. Our Smales Farm location will continue to operate as usual, open 24 hours.

• Thursday 22 August – Shorecare Greville Road opens at 8am
