Our school policies are managed by SchoolDocs, and we follow a 3 year review schedule that ensures the content stays up-to-date.

Each term, schools can provide feedback on the content and implementation of topics under review.  Schooldocs uses feedback from all schools, along with research and external consultation, to make changes to content.

This term the following policies are under review:

• Communicating with Parents
• Community Conduct Expectations
• School Character / Special Character
• Documentation and Self-Review Policy
• School Planning and Reporting
• Reporting to Parents on Student Progress and Achievement

Parents and caregivers are invited to participate in the reviewing process and give feedback on the policies as follows:

All reviewers

1. Visit the School Docs website 
2. Enter the username (hobsonville) and password (hobsonville).
3. Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
4. Read the policy.
5. Click the Start your review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
6. Select the reviewer type.
7. Enter your name (optional).
8. Follow the prompts to show that you've read the topic and enter your feedback if you'd like to comment.
9. Agree to the privacy statement and click “Submit review”.
