Additions to Massey High School Uniform from 2025

We have some exciting news for members of our wider community concerning our uniform, with some new choices being added. This has been driven largely by our student leaders, and the voice of our wider community.
As you are aware our blazer, shirt, and tie are integral components of our uniform and are a source of pride for our students – nothing changes in this regard. However, for students starting at Massey High School in 2025, there will be additional uniform choices available for all students from the start of the year.

The options below are being added to our uniform from the start of 2025.
Shorts Charcoal shorts, with tone-on-tone Massey High School logo. Shorts may be worn with sandals (see below) or with black leather shoes and black socks.
Sandals are being introduced as a uniform option from the start of 2025. Sandals must be black leather Roman sandals. Further information about other acceptable options will be on our website. No socks are to be worn with sandals, and sandals are not to be worn with long trousers. Please note – crocs and other forms of informal footwear will not be permitted.
Students taking technology, which requires enclosed shoes in workshops should bring appropriate shoes for those subjects on the days they are timetabled. Similarly, experiments in science labs will require appropriate shoes. More information will be on our website.
Trousers, shorts, skirts, sandals, shoes will all be uniform choices that can be worn year-round. There is no summer/winter split.
In addition, we will have a new option for our current vest (design being confirmed) and the Ie faitaga will also become a uniform choice.
