Year 7/8 Uniform / Kākahu

We take pride in our appearance at Hobsonville School.

The senior uniform looks very smart when worn properly. As leaders at Hobsonville School, we want our Year 7 and 8 students to be role models for the younger children. Our policy states that footwear may be full or mostly black sandals/shoes/trainers with plain black or navy socks, jewellery is limited to plain silver or gold studs, and makeup is not permitted.

During Terms 1 and 4, students must wear a regulation school navy blue hat when outside. Hair accessories should be plain and natural hair colours are preferred.

Students may also be required to bring a change of clothes, t-shirt and shorts, in order to participate in sports practices and physical education.

Your support of our policies is appreciated. If your child is unable to comply with the expected uniform, please contact one of your child’s teachers.
