Y5-8 NorWest Cross Country

Last Thursday, 60 students from Years 5 - 8 competed in the NorWest Cross Country, held at Muriwai Beach.
This was an incredibly challenging course, which involved students running on sand dunes, testing their endurance and determination, but our students rose to the occasion, and gave it their all against a very competitive field.
Overall, we had 8 students place in the top 10 for their age groups with four of these being Year 7/8 students, who have qualified to represent us at the InterZone Cross Country next week. Congratulations!
