Whāea Juanita (pictured with her Puna Ako) were involved in a photoshoot with Ataahua Photography on Friday 26 May.

Showing off the gorgeous features of our Kōmanawa whānau was on the wātaka for Kōmanawa tamariki and their kaiako this week. 

Ataahua Photography, (whānau members) came along to capture the images of each Puna Ako and individual tamariki too. Even though there are no smiles on their faces they were certainly smiling and laughing on the inside. It took quite a few 'takes' to entice the fierce look of our ancestors. Don't they look stunning. We can't wait to see the real photos!
