Talofa, Malo e lelei and warm Pacific greetings

On the 7th March, we hosted the SPACPAC Pasifika Supreme Awards. These awards acknowledge the academic and leadership achievements of Pasifika students from high schools all over Christchurch. Mr Andy Kai Fong opened the awards and shared about the vision behind our new kura (school). Our senior Polyfest group helped to cater food for the event and a few of them graced the stage and performed songs for our guests. It was a great opportunity to serve our Pasifika Community and to make new connections with other kura (school) , ākonga (learners) and kaiako (teachers). All and all, a wonderful night!
