In Kōrepo one of our inquiry groups is focusing on Navigating Norms. This group are exploring different things around the East of Christchurch.

Today this group went up the gondolas. They had a great time exploring and looking at the differences between plants and animals that live on the tops of the hill and those that live in the basins of the Canterbury Plains.  Then they learnt about  the history and timeline of how Christchurch developed. We then talked about norms for settlers, travelling on the boar etc and what it is like now by comparison.
