Our Year 9 & 10 Rugby League Team went through to the final.
Our junior school was in full support of our League team as they departed for the final. Hikuawa created banners and chants while Kōmanawa blessed them with a Haka Tautoko. Our senior students were very emotional with all the support from the school. Their afternoon started with a pre game lunch then followed by a Jersey Presentation and inspiring speeches from Andy, Mel, Rebecca and Karyn. The boys played Hornby High School in the final. Unfortunately they went down but didn't give up without a fight. We are all really proud of them - GO HAEATA!
