Haeata was involved in a huge clean up along with other schools in New Brighton on May 11th.

A great morning out in South New Brighton on Saturday, May 11, helping Estuary Ihutai Trust clean up our beautiful estuary! Haeata was of 20 groups who helped to clean up our city this morning.  From this clean up four passports, 61 tyres, a shopping trolley and 488 bags of rubbish were removed from Christchurch's rivers.
