Last week Kōmanawa was privileged to go to Orana Park to see all the animals.

The cheeky Kea was funny because he was trying to grab Georgia's hair tie from her ponytail.  The Gorilla was ginormous but he was so still, just thinking about things.  Olivia was copying the Gorilla.  

We got to pat a Kiwi which felt really soft.  You had to use the back of your hand carefully and stroke from the head down. This was to keep the feathers clean.
