Pay it Forward

Keshia Lloyd —

Te Amohaka have introduced 'Pay it Forward'

Kia ora everyone. My name is Keshia and I manage Te Amohaka at Haeata.

In Te Amohaka we see a lot of what goes on in the school; the people and their hearts are what have inspired me to introduce 'Pay it Forward'. I see the teachers that shout numerous students' lunch, I see the ākonga that buy something for themselves and something for their mate and I see the Mums that order their babies' lunch as well as another childs'.

The 'Pay it Forward' concept is easy, there are two ways you can do it:

1) Order something for yourself and then order something for the next person that lines up at our till.

2) Anonymously credit our 'pay it forward' account with money and leave it to our team to allocate it to someone in need.

Our menu prices range from $1 - $5 - you can check it out on the website.

It can take as little as $1 and as much as $5 to brighten someones' day and keep the 'pay it forward' chain going.
