...how to make a magnifying glass telescope

I have been researching how to make a magnifying glass telescope and how much they cost. My research involved finding the best and easiest instructions about magnifying glass telescopes. Once I found the instructions I had to create a logical sequence for them and attach appropriate images to each step . I then had to go on OfficeMax and The Warehouse to find the costings for each of the materials. I then had to calculate how much the telescope would cost to build. Having completed that work, I created what you can see in the attached pictures.

The learning areas that I covered are:

Science – researching how telescopes work, in particular refraction of light.

English – presenting work and also being able to write out and format a method.

Maths – calculating the cost of materials for the telescope.

Technology – creating the final product.
