Students from Ihutai up and close with our junior students, Tuakana-Teina relationships is what we love to see.

Our Ihutai students have been working alongside Jeremy, Fred, and Carly on what we want our school to look like. They covered areas on leadership: what does that look like? and how can we improve it here at Haeata?

They also talked about things that can bring our kura together as one. Our senior students have a lot of ideas and we are all excited about what is coming up for our kura this term. During lunch we have had a number of activities for our ākonga: elastics, hula hoops, dancing and touch.
