Haeata ngā uri whakatipu

This year Haeata participated in te Rangaihi, the regional kapahaka competition for primary schools in Waitaha. Haeata entered two teams - a kapa teina (years 1-5) and a kapa tuakana (years 5-8).

Our students worked hard at every practice and shined like diamonds on the stage at the Town Hall, performing with 13 other kapa.

The calibre of performances was outstanding. Our ākonga performed with such ihi, wehi and mana.

Our whole community was proud of all the effort the teams put into their performances. We are also thankful to the parent helpers during our campaign.
