For year 5 students in 2019

You will be aware that Chromebooks are part of what we do in Year 5 and 6. Most parents purchase a Chromebook for their child, however, it is not compulsory and we do have a school set that children can use - they just can’t take them home. In previous years we’ve had arrangements with different suppliers to provide Chromebooks with competitive pricing, however, this year we have not entered into any arrangements with providers.

We simply recommend that you shop around and purchase a Chromebook  specifically (not a tablet or a laptop). Chromebooks always have the Google chrome logo on them (as the image above). We also recommend a protective case and earphones, and suggest you also consider warranty and insurance.
