In my opinion The Bird of the Year should be the Black Robin (Karure).

Rats are eating the Black Robin's eggs so that is why Black Robins are in serious trouble.

That's why I think Black Robins should be the Bird of the Year.

I think the Little Penguin (Koroā) should be the winner of the New Zealand Bird of the Year.

In my opinion the Little Penguin should be it because Little Penguin's homes are destroyed by people making homes for people. 

That's why I think you should vote for the Little Penguin and that's not all because they also look very very cute.

The Little Penguin should be NZ Bird of the Year!
