 I am proud to be the Principal at Hoon Hay School | Te Kura Kōaka, because it is a vibrant, friendly and positive environment where we work hard to ensure that your children experience the very best education.  

The children are the heart of our school and they are fortunate to be offered a wide range of opportunities to spark their interests, feed their enthusiasm and extend their creativity. We want them to find their passions and go for it! Be it a Basketball, Coding, Kapa Haka, Art, Dance Club, Choir and lots more - there is something for everyone.

We are proud to have been a Finalist in the 2018 Prime Minister's Education Excellence Awards - Atatū Award category, which recognised the outstanding teaching and learning programmes that we provide.
