On a beautiful spring day, 10 September, we had our vehicles at the Edgar Centre.
Hundreds of cars of all shapes and sizes were on display.
We enjoyed showing off our vintage and classic hearses. There were many questions and lots of interest.
The newly restored Pioneer car got a lot of attention. A very smart car beautifully restored by Rob Douglas.
People took our brochures and About Funerals booklets.
We also saw a 1959 Plymouth from Gore that used to be a hearse, that is now bright green.
We became experts in talking big blocks, horsepower, models, and mileage.
Hope and Sons are contemporary yet respectful of tradition, being a five generation funeral family caring for the Dunedin, Mosgiel, and Otago communities.
